Bringing in chapstick

Weird question but… I’m one of those people addicted to chapstick. After a four hour visit , my lips are dry and I can’t stop biting them. I once tried to bring my chapstick in for a visit. The CO asked if I had anything in my pockets and I took it out and she told me to throw it away. That’s fine. But I’m wondering if I would be discovered and how bad it would be if I put I in my underwear or something. I don’t intend to give it to my LO or do anything bad with it. I just want to excuse myself now and then, go to the restroom, and put my chapstick on. :(
