Insulation Question

So I am looking at insulating my garage and have a question. One wall faces out, and has zero insulation. I am trying to help cool it down and so I want to install insulation. Can I cut a hole in the top, between the studs and blow insulation in like I have done with the attic? Or will I need to drop the drywall, and install batts?
