HDD on laptop can't be detected

I was replacing the SSD of my laptop with my new one since it got corrupted. Before I replaced it I used ventoy with WinPE and opened Harddisk sentinel to see if it detected my SSD and HDD. I'm pretty sure it detected it at first showing 100% health and performance for my HDD and the corrupted SSD with 1% health and 100% performance. After changing my SSD and installed an OS on it, my HDD can't be detected anywhere anymore. BIOS, Harddisk sentinel, Crystaldisk info doesn't see it anymore. There's no way it got corrupted too right? I literally just took it off then put it back in again. Help.
