Help with a DC light switch

electronic

I have a back up light in my workshop that is running on its own separate 12V battery. I currently turn it on and off with a cheap DC to DC in-line switch. I really want to just use a regular light switch like you'd use inside a house. I know that this is not reccomended, but I cannot find a commercial DC switch that doesn't look like a cheap toy.

The light I am using is technically labelled as 6V, though I am running it via a 5V / 1A DC power supply with no issues. I had previously also ran it via USB and a 2A charging brick, but realized 1A was plenty and swapped to the DC cable instead.

I am looking for any recommendations that could accommodate that low DC voltage. If a regular AC switch is fine in this situation then I'd love to hear that as well. It's hard to get info online for some niche things like this. I just want a nice switch on the wall by the door, not a small plastic thing that's attached midway through the DC cord.

I appreciate any replies or suggestions. Thanks for taking the time to read through this! Sorry if I am missing something here that makes this a stupid question. Often times I find I am missing something that is obvious to everyone else. Apologies if this is one of those situations.
