Prime z690-a DRAM Lights on after reinserting RAM.

tl;dr I reinserted my RAM in to pc and now it won't start and DRAM light is constantly on

So i was replacing some coolers and gotta extract ram since it was on the way, after inserting it back it won't start, black screen, DRAM lights constantly yellow.

specs are:
MB: Asus prime z690-a
ram: Team Group T-Force Delta RGB [FF3D516G5200HC40CDC01] cpu: i9-12900kf

I did try inserting in different slots both in pairs and singles, did pressed cmos button, did clear from any dirt, did go back with old coolers

what else should i do?
