New to emulation

I'm new to emulation and just purchased a RG35XXSP hand held emulator and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a place to download additional ports, specifically for the GBA? I'm trying to find all the old Harry Potter games, and I did find a site awhile back to download them for my PC but I would really appreciate it if anyone knew how to find it for this device
