Is the internet a sin?

Now while you sit there flipping through your bible. Does it state that the internet is some godly purpose given to you from the savor of that very book. I want everyone to enjoy the internet but in your bible it directly states not giving into tempations. It is quite litterly some of the most vile sins you can ever conceive and actively going on the internet is supporting those sins.

If you have an argument I would love to here it. I could also take silence as you realise this.
