Salesforce and AWS ETL tool?

Looking for a lightweight and fast ETL tool that can navigate Salesforce to Salesforce org movement relatively quickly, and near stream from AWS. Ideally the tool would be suitable for non-data scientists to operate as well as we've a fairly democratic org structure and we want to allow our teams to build the data flows they need. Ultimately everything needs to end up in Salesforce to allow our teams to see the data they need, but those needs differ between Salesforce orgs. Disclaimer - I've used Talend and Mulesoft, and that is definitely not what we need (reliance on integration experts that end up costing high six figures a year to slow our whole process down and grind us with never-ending price increases).
