Help me move out!

Hey, so I am trying to move out of Ubuntu due to several issues like hanging in suspended mode and my machine still running even after shutting down.

But I honestly can't find how to go back. I tried Balenaetcher to create a bootable flashdrive, but it failed due to some partition issue with the ISO image or idk. The Ubuntu's own creation tool just won't let you download Windows. I have watched many different tutorials to get back to Windows, but I am always met with an error.
