If I’m allergic to woundwash saline by Neil med… what else can I use?

After every use, I get a really bad headache, burning, itching, and my ears feels incredibly hot. When I got my piercings (3 on each earlobe), they didn’t hurt but 1 did bleed incredibly bad. Not sure what else I can use or if this is a normal feeling?
