New RVSR

I’m a new rator currently on second signature and I’m having a difficult time keeping up with my quality. I’m two months into second signature, in a job that I applied and applied and applied and wanted so badly, and now I’m having second thoughts.

My decisions are getting pulled apart by my mentor. I can’t seem to grasp every angle of my claims. The anxiety I experience when I go to check my corrections is horrific.

Does it get any better? Any tips from seasoned rators about how to put out good quality work?

I’d like to add I have no vsr experience.
