Was supposed to receive a follow up for more information after accepting offer, nothing so far?

Onboarding

Accepted job offer, signed the form and sent it off. HR Lady told me she would be in contact with me on July 22nd and I had email back saying that I may not be able to answer due to being on holidays. However, I said to leave a voicemail or email and I will respond when I got back on the 24th. Since then I have heard nothing.

I thought maybe she got busy and would contact on Friday. Nope, nothing. So I don’t know if I should wait for her to contact or if I should. This position starts Tuesday week for me! I know there is still this week but I’m a little nervous of not hearing back.

Things like benefits, wage, the signing and bank information is all set. I believe she needs to call me to confirm my background check is finished and things such as where to go for the office, parking, etc.

I don’t want to seem pushy or rude. Especially since she may be busy. Thought maybe if she doesn’t call by this Wednesday or Thursday to give her a ring.
