Add in dungeon roulette

Take a page from final fantasy 14, and allow players to queue for dungeon roulette, that will rng join any dungeon when you queue. separate it by difficulty, add some daily and weekly starchrom rewards and bam were done.

Dungeons are fun, grouping is fun, think about ways to alleviate the friction of doing this content. party finder and dungeon roulette is the best solution, and the ability to do it from the menu, anywhere on the map is a must.
