Chemical miscarriage

I had my first pregnancy and miscarriage. I hadn’t tested yet because I wanted to wait a few more days, but smell was getting to me. I had my miscarriage in the bathroom at work and stayed for a couple hours until I couldn’t anymore. I have endometriosis and PCOS so I always knew I might have trouble carrying a pregnancy to term or even just getting pregnant (this is my first pregnancy and I’m about to be 30). I’m supposed to get a laparoscopic excision to remove all the endo and fibroids so maybe next time when I’m actively trying to get pregnant my pregnancy will take. I feel so horrible though because all my life I’ve wanted to be a mom and my womb is just this hostile environment right now.
