Pc runs slower than usual and audio is broken

My pc has been running slow since yesterday and I have no idea what's wrong with it. when i click it takes a few seconds to register the fact that I clicked. When something is loading (I think that's how it starts) my audio bugs out. it's hard to describe but it's the sound it makes when the computer has a bad crash. There have been no crashes yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it does. Some of my games crash too.
