Do I need to dilute cleaning solution if washer also dilutes it?

I have a Ryobi 2300 psi electric washer. The manual says "Us of the soap nozzle will activate the soap injector at a 20:1 dilution ratio."

The cleaner I bought (odoban) says to use 6oz diluted to 1 gallon (20:1).

My question is...do I dilute the cleaner first, and have the washer dilute it again...or does it only need to be diluted once (by the washer) ?
