Scenario guide?

I think it would be good if there were a long document that lists published one shots and their hooks. A lot of scenarios mention that you can include them in a longer campaign which I have never done. If my last scenario ended in a certain place or situation, it would be nice to be able to find a scenario that starts there.

For example, one of the scenarios in Petersen's abominations is set on a boat in the Atlantic so the document would say The Derelict - published in Petersen's Abomination - investigators are sailing a boat across the north Atlantic.

Does this exist?
