Good with an airbrush. Garbage with a brush.

After airbrushing the base coat/undercoat. Shit looks cash money. I can do gradients and make it look great (at least to my standards)

But I suck butt at details and brush control and highlighting. Does this come with time or is there a technique I’m missing?
