Getting my first dose tomorrow…

Hey y’all! I’ll be getting my first box tomorrow to start this journey.

I’d love tips from those who have been doing this for a while. I have never done anything like this before, so brand new to the whole process. I’ve read several posts here that are extremely motivating, and I’m hopeful I’ll be a success story soon as well. Happy to hear any advice on what I should do to prepare, how I need to eat during, or just words of encouragement. Thank y’all!
