What sort of dye is this? Can I repair it?
Stupidly, I stuck tape between the carpet and the floor. After 6 months, the carpet came off, and I took the tape off, and obviously, it came off with the paint. Can I fix this? What kind of dye does it look like to you? Is it epoxy or plastic dye? I live on the ground floor, and the floor is concrete, and this dye is all over the house. Any idea? Thank you.
