My Friend is dating a leech

My friend is neurodivergent and on the spectrum. She is very popular in social circles due to her special needs. Shes not high on the spectrum but she is as people classify "normal". She is lovely and friendly and loyal and has been my friend for many years. Anyway she met this guy a few months ago and long story short after a few dates she "friend zoned" her, saying that he didn' want a relationship. She is fwb with him now and meets him every couple of weeks. I met him for the first time tonight and my first impression was he is dour. Albeit he is not irish but he has no sense of hunour at all. But the biggest thing is he did not but one drink all night. He would gladly be included in the round if we were buying but if he was ordering himself he ordered water. I think my friend is fbw with a leech. Should I say it to her? We talked about hobbies and jobs. He told me he was a chippie and hes very busy.
