I really only know the tune, but it seems so damn familiar, and SoundCloud/ search engine with microphone isn't helping. I think the main instance is either a piano or organ. Some type of string instrument maybe. Then a horn comes in on the second go through.

Playing on piano by ear, I think is along the lines of F G, F G F G A G F E F G. then up a note on the second go through with a D at the end.
