cut taking over a month to heal and its making me MAD 😡

Sorry idk how to use reddit cause I'm stoopid lol. I kind of go into detail here, I'm sorry. I've been clean ever since but like 2 months ago I used scissors and took out a few chunks of skin. It still hasn't healed, and I'm mad curious as to why it's taking so long. They only healed on the outside but not the inside. They were gonna do stitches but the doc looked and went "nahh bru thats a whole ass hole in your arm 😹" and like left idk. I'm really scared though because my scars get all bubbly too lol. Idk I'm deleting this soon but but idk I just want to see if anyone else as similar scars or if they know why it's taking so long.
