RH cancelled a trade which executed and I had gains in. Wtf

TLDR: bought shares of NVDA at 2AM ET on overnight trading. My trade executed and I owned NVDA shares. This morning at 9:20AM RH cancelled my trade and took away all my gains (NVDA at time of writing is at 99.6). I have email proof of all confirmations etc.

Anyone else experience this? Is this a cause to sue RH?
