Always low health + euphoria????

Dear all,

for quite some time now I have the problem that the low health-red line around the screen is showing all the time. It always comes up in combination with the euphoria perc, which is shown at 0%. I can meditate, save, change consoles/pcs, etc. but nothing works to eliminate the lines and the euphoria symbol.

I haven't found anything about this bug. If someone has any tips or things I could try, I'd be glad to hear them.
