Accutane Long Term Low Dose - Take more in the first few Weeks to see faster Results? (10mg instead of 5mg)

Hello, My Doctor is gonna start a long term Accutane Low Dose with me cause of my persistent and really bad Acne. I’m gonna take 5mg for Probably Years, cause Accutane was the only thing that ever worked for my skin. My Skin is affecting my mental health at the moment really much so i was think about taking maybe 10mg a day for the first 2 weeks to see faster results. You think this idea is okay or do i fuck something up with it? I think the only reason my doctor didn’t put me on 10mg is that it is summer here in spain, but i’m gonna cream with 50+ anyways and will be super careful. This is my 3rd Course on Accutane, last time was on 10mg and i think i completely cleared up in 2-4 Weeks, this is why i feel really drawn to take 10mg again first. I hope you can help me.
