Apple TV 4K 3rd gen 64GB - should I buy or wait?

I am considering purchasing an Apple TV, mainly so I can stream movies from my Plex server which requires TailScale. I have a LG C1 TV and currently hook up my Macbook via HDMI to watch movies.

Here is why I think the Apple TV would be great for me:

• I can directly stream movies from my NAS as there is a Tailscale client on TvOS.
• I can Airplay Audio over my Sonos One speakers.

Here is why I am considering to wait:

• Apple will release new products in September and probably a newer version of the Apple TV 4K?

Are there any rumors for a new Apple TV 4K?
