Starting spiro + BC

Looking for advice! I was on the pill for 10 years and got off in January and my acne has obviously never been worse. My derm gave me a script for 50mg of Spiro and I asked my gyno for a Yaz script too.

I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on stating spiro and birth control at the same time. Should I start one before the other? Start at the same time? Appreciate any advice.
