100 matrix stones

Is anyone familiar with having lots of stones at once called matrix stones? I’m a caregiver. My resident has had chronic kidney stones. She had over 100 blasted. They did a CT. 10 days later she had over 100 more. She also has stage 3 kidney disease. She’s had back to back UTIs since January. She has no bladder. She has a Urostomy, so they have to blast, no matter how small. The hospital sent her home and said there’s nothing more they can do. They’re encouraging her to go on hospice. She was told her UTI is resistant to antibiotics and so nothing is working. Has anyone experienced this? No doctors have any idea what to do. She’s also 65 and disabled. They said if the antibiotic doesn’t work. She could be septic within a month
