Mice that come with some sort of silent click option from factory
My wife and I both WFH and she is on video conferences very often, my noisy mouse and keyboard are an issue for her.
I have done some research and it appears that mice like the Edifier Hecate G3M Pro have the option of switching between clicky/silent, which I really like.
What's it like having silent clicks, for work and gaming? If it's not as good, definately the option to switch back to clicky would be good. If I can still "click" without the buttons feeling "rubbery" or without good click feedback, then I think I'd be happy with a "full time" silent mouse - i.e. no clicky option, in which case I could look at something like the Razer Pro Click Mini.
Free-wheeling scroll wheel is a nicety but not a requirement. I have decent sized hands (6'2", 210lbs, "normal" hands for my height/weight).
I am not interested in soldering in third party buttons, sorry. I am not invested heavily enough in this level of customization to bother.
Budget up to $50-$65 USD?
