best FCA approved qualifications?

I have a friend that's looking for work and noticing that a lot of postings require a form of FCA certification. They're currently looking into the CIFA management 'Introduction to the FCA/PRA & Investment Risks' course.

If anyone knows of a better reputable, or more comprehensive qualification - please let me know.
