Concerns. 16M

hello, i am a 16 year old boy with concern, recently this past month ive been experiencing mild to severe migranes, really bad muscle spasms, extremely sharp chest pain, lumps under my skin, and yellow spots on my arms and legs that come and go. shaky hands, brain fog, waking in the middle of the night extremrely confused , joint pain, vision changes (black&white spots and grainey) feels like needle sensations on my tongue, legs and feet. weight loss (160 at 13, 140 at 14, 136 at 15 and im down to 119.) I had blood work done 3 times, twice in the ER (came back normal) And a seperate lab order that contained a LDH Serum or Plasma test, Erytrocyte sedimation rate, and a celiac diesese sumthin sumthin. All came back normal. Im concerned for myself because you see all the time about misdiagnosed people. Doctor ordered a GI specialist to check me out, but has over a month waitlist.. went to hopkins and had an ulrtarasound of the heart, dr couldnt see everything because im too boney. any suggestions?
