Nose runs and eyes water in any fast elevator

So pretty much as the title says, any time I get onto a slightly fast elevator, my eyes start to water and my nose runs as it comes to a stop and I come out looking like I was crying my eyes out.

Any idea on what this might be? Happens on airplane landings too.
