Best secured credit card for travel

I have a good credit rating, no issues there. This is mostly for security. My current Amex cobalt is great but has a fairly high limit. I'd like to somehow get another credit card that I can take with me for travel and would have a really low limit so that if it gets robbed they only get like ~1k.

Anyone know what are some good options for this?
