New dosage update question

Back at the end of June / beginning of July I met with my bariatric doctor and had her increase my dosage and simply because of the price she decided to write my RX out as 12.5 Phentermine and Topiramate individually which is way more cost efficient in my case (from $77 down to >$20).

My question is has anyone noticed more of a change in their weight loss by increasing their dosage than where they were for the first few months on their initial plan? I know that’s the main goal for something like this but just wanted to see what other folks have experienced with their dosage increase?
