Positive HSV2

I’m a 30(M) who just tested positive for HSV2 man I want to kill myself. I never knew i had it at all. My longtime girl friend and I broke up in March over a fight and me being stupid I received oral sex from an old friend that was 7 months ago. Leading to now me and my girlfriend been together since and now all of a sudden we both just had a OB out of no where. I’m so fucking scared and hurt that I gave her this BS she hates me and I ruined both our lives for a fucking but
