Is it just me or are some textures not rendering properly?

Textures like the image above are not rendering properly, is it just for me?

No, I'm NOT using the high resolution texture pack, i have the game on GOG so i don't even have those installed.

If someone knows what that is or how to solve it, please let me know, and no, restarting the game doesn't fix it.
