Just an idea, has anybody thought about reaching out to GoG/Cdprojekt about the SKG initiative? They're based out of Poland and game preservation is part of GoG's selling point.

Just thought it might be worth reaching out to see if they want to get onboard for PR purposes since preservation is one of their big things. They also made a big deal out of how they rescued Alpha Protocol recently from being permanently de-listed due to licensing issues with music in the game. Since they're EU based it's also directly effecting them. Maybe they'd put a banner up on the GoG site or something? Seems like an easy PR win for them.
