Index and Econ Series Catalogue?

I may be doing something wrong, but I always have a hard time finding the index or economic metric I'm looking for.

Is there a complete catalogue of available indices and econ data? It many cases it would be helpful to have data definitions as well.

For example, what's the difference LTIIT and DLTIIT? I assume DLTIIT is daily pricing? Is that stated anywhere?

To find Food Inflation you search for "inflation". To find Housing Inflation you search for "cpi". It's a scavenger hunt to find the right search term. And it's hard (impossible) to know if the data series just isn't available or if I haven't found the magic search term yet.

Any help is appreciated.
