Does the cameo just not handle copy paper well?

New to cutting machine, new to everything lol

Ran many test on copy paper, as I am super hesitant to try my sticker and vinyl paper as they were $$$

Yeah no matter what I tried it did not handle the intricate designs, but a simple star, square or circle was fine.

Is this a user issue or just copy paper sucks and yardstick, sticker paper and vinyl are fine?
