Sunshine/Moonlight - Client AMD APU 5600G or equivelant for 4K 60HZ (or 120hz if possible)

Hello, I'm thinking to build a client windows PC for the living room over ethernet

I wonder is if someone has tested an AMD APU for this job and what was the end result.

I can only imagine a decoding latency <1ms over H265 at 4k60 or even 120HZ (if also the motherboard is capable of )
What would you suggers? I don't like the idea of Nvidia Shield since it's outdated and also tried 4K max firestick but I like something solid.

I'm currently streaming 1080p 120HZ from an old lenovo Yoga I3 5005u / Intel HD5500 / 150MPBS / H264 over ethernet buttery smooth and no hicups at all.
