If Logan takes place in the same timeline as the Deadpool movies, how would Wade be affected by the mutant extinction?

Logan, X-Men, and the Deadpool movies take place in the same timeline, Earth-10015. Mr. Paradox tells Deadpool that his timeline is being erased due to the Anchor Being’s death (Logan). This leaves me with two questions:

-If Logan dies in 2029, why does it affect Wade in 2024?

-Since they both take place in the same timeline, how would Wade be affected by the mutant extinction seen in Logan? Could we potentially see a movie around that?
