I need advice now.

I need help I’ve had frequency and slightly cloudy urine this morning I have to go about every hour but I don’t have the normal symptoms of a uti like pain or burning since I’ve had UTIs before. I took a couple cranberry pills and am now trying to wait three hours thinking it might be a small bladder issue possibly. I need advice I think I may have IC since I’ve had uti symptoms before and the test came back negative and they said to do what I’m doing now the last time so I figured I’d try to wait it out see what happens any advice in the meantime any opinions on what this might be?
