Orange nipple discharge?

Asking for my SIL who isn’t on Reddit and has exhausted google lol.

She’s trying to get pregnant (7 days post ovulation now) and has had sore breasts and yesterday, her nipple leaked a clear/orange liquid in her description. Obviously she will find out within a week or so if she’s pregnant but in the mean time she’s been freaking out. Any experience with this??
