SCH and low fetal HR?

5 weeks 4 days pregnant. Went to the ER last night due to sudden gushes of bright red blood. At the ER, the US showed a large subchorionic bleed. They saw baby who was measuring right on track and the HR was 93bpm. HCG over 11,000. The doc said the HR is low and concerning for threatened pregnancy loss especially due to the subchorionic bleed. Anyone have good outcomes with a large SCH and/or "low fetal HR"? Feel so stuck and scared.
