Doctor visit prep - diarrhea

Dr said to come back if my diarrhea does not improve with otc meds. I’m looking for advice on how to get the most out of my doctor visit and what to tell them about my symptoms.

-What questions can I ask them about my options? -What tests could I suggest/consider?

Been around the block already with basics of diet tracking, med tracking and symptom tracking for 3 weeks now ( from beginning of symptoms to current).
