Am I eligible this year, I should I wait until I graduate high school/college?

Hi! My name is Gryphon and I’m a high school student currently enrolled in my senior year. As you could probably tell, I want to know if I’m eligible even though I’m a high school student still. If possible, I want to be able to apply for the Fall semester if possible. I’m a dual enrollment student as well (in case you don’t know what that is, I’m enrolled both in a high school and a community college at the same time). This is probably such a large jump, but I believe I can do it sooo lmk!
