Can I have two boxes

I recently picked up another set of 12” subs and was wondering if I had a box under the seat with two kicker 12s and a box behind the seat with 2 jl 12s and my question is will they interfere with each other? Will they cancel each other out? The box under the seat will be downfiring and will be ported towards the front on of cab of my truck and the box behind my seat will be sealed. Does anyone know if they will interfere and cancel each other out? Thanks
