Lymph nodes swelling

Been on bupe for over 8 years now. My life is fantastic im better thn ever. I will never stop giving bupe is praises ir deserves. But lately the headaches, teeth issues and more recently swollen lymph nodes.t And mild swellling just above my chin almost like a puffiness, not sure if this is lymph node swelling issue also.a few weeks ago, the right node was huge . Honestly scared the crap out of me. They have gone down but I may need to still get checked. Google will give you nightmares bout lymphoma . Maybe i had a cold?? Anyone have any issues with lynph nodes or actually develop any oral cancers? We are still test subjects it feels like
