How's the performance on Switch with the new update?

Hi everyone, I've been interested in getting this game for a while but I was waiting for it to be updated and on a sale to finally buy it. I'm aware that the Switch won't be on par with PC and other consoles but is the performance decent? Has it been improved, the same or worsened with this update? Staying at 30 fps most of the time and no game breaking bugs is enough for me.

Thanks and sorry if I'm not clear or make any grammar mistakes, english isn't my native language.
